Establishes systems and procedures to ensure that all staff are aware of and comply with requirements. Coordinates and conducts the assessment of internal controls to ensure compliance.

Responsibilities
Leads specialized compliance initiatives and continuous improvement projects, monitors global regulatory changes and evaluates business impact, develops and implements tailored compliance policies and controls, advises leadership on strategic compliance decisions, represents the organization in external forums and audits, integrates compliance across business functions through collaboration, drives training and communication efforts to enhance compliance maturity, and contributes to global compliance strategy and regional alignment.
