Your Impact:

We are seeking a committed, creative Legal Counsel to support the Cisco EMEA Legal team, with a focus on France and other regions based on language skills. Our responsibilities include drafting and negotiating agreement such as sales, software licensing, cloud, SaaS, and Data Processing agreements in line with Cisco’s business strategy. We provide legal advice on privacy, work with cross-functional teams, engage in strategic projects, and deliver legal training. We also ensure that key information is effectively communicated to the management chain and business clients.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • 1-2 years of commercial law experience obtained In-house for a large technology company

  • Completed your Legal studies in France.

  • Excellent written and oral skills in English and French are essential, fluency in other languages will be considered a plus (especially Arabic)

  • Demonstrated experience using legal technology or contract life cycle management (CLM) platforms to manage workflows, including AI tools.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Excellent drafting skills, including an eagle-eye for detail and a creative outlook.

  • Readiness to support and help finalize dynamic, complex sales agreements against demanding deadlines and processes.

  • A "can-do," dedicated, and flexible attitude guided by sound judgment.

  • A growth mindset and a focus on developing relationships with both business clients and global team members.

  • Well-developed organizational skills for the simultaneous management of multiple projects.

  • The ability to operate efficiently in an AI-driven environment heavily dependent on e-enabled tools.
