The Opportunity

Are you a legal operations professional who thrives at the intersection of strategic thinking, client engagement and digital transformation?

This is an exciting time to join our award-winning Legal Operations Advisory team within our Digital Legal Delivery practice and be part of a team helping clients reimagine what great legal service looks like.

We are growing, and are seeking professionals at Senior Manager, Manager and Senior Analyst level.

These roles can be based in our Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane or Perth offices.

What you’ll do

  • Advise the firm’s clients on optimising the operational effectiveness of their legal functions and help enable them to achieve their strategic goals, including through the adoption of technology and AI.

  • Support clients with end-to-end project design and delivery, working as part of multidisciplinary teams to deliver high value outcomes.

  • Design and facilitate workshops that turn complex concepts into practical client solutions.

  • Develop client-facing solutions, staying ahead of AI and emerging technology trends.

  • Apply legal engineering principles to translate legal and business requirements into practical digital solutions.

  • Build strong client relationships and drive business development aligned to evolving market needs.

  • Work as a team to drive strategic initiatives that advance the Legal Operations Advisory strategy and the firm's broader ambitions.

  • Share expertise and foster a culture of continuous learning and inclusion.

What you’ll bring

  • Experience in legal operations or transformation, with a strong track record in end-to-end project delivery.

  • Knowledge and expertise in legal operating model design, process improvement, resourcing strategy and legal technology and AI.

  • Confidence navigating the legal technology and AI landscape, with solid data analysis and visualisation skills.

  • Expertise in change management and design thinking, with the ability to simplify complex problems.

  • Experience in legal engineering, including designing and implementing technology-enabled solutions to streamline legal processes and improve service delivery.

  • Strong relationship management skills and a natural ability to identify and pursue business development opportunities.

  • Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders and produce compelling client-facing materials.

  • A positive and engaging style, with a genuine commitment to developing others and championing an inclusive culture.
