About the Role  As our Legal Operations Analyst, you will assist the legal team as it partners with the executives and teams across the board to guide commercial, regulatory, marketing and policy decisions. You will focus on legal research and compliance, including US and international regulatory developments that affect our operations and that of our customers. You will also contribute to our legal operations efficiency by using, implementing and improving tools/processes for research, contract management and legal education. This blend of paralegal and legal ops responsibilities requires an ambitious and innovative individual who is skilled and efficient in research and reporting, comprehensive when generating work product and motivated to understand the law. Reporting to our General Counsel, you will work closely with our in-house lawyers to ensure they maintain strong visibility into changes in the law and can efficiently proliferate guidance throughout the organization. In particular, you will assist with cross-functional alignment with departments such as Sales, Marketing and Engineering.
