We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical professional to support our Procurement and Legal teams in ensuring the accuracy, completeness, and integrity of vendor contract data within our contract lifecycle management system (Ironclad).

This role focuses on post-execution contract review, metadata management, and quality assurance, playing a key part in enabling contract visibility, compliance, and effective renewal tracking across the organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Review executed contracts and complete key metadata (dates, terms, renewals, payment terms)
  • Classify contract types (MSA, SOW, NDA, amendments, etc.)
  • Extract and tag key clauses for reporting and compliance
  • Maintain data accuracy and consistency across contract records
  • Track contract renewals and flag upcoming deadlines
  • Coordinate with Procurement & Legal to resolve missing or unclear information

Required Skills (what we’re looking for)

  • High School Diploma
  • English B2
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Experience working with contracts, legal documents, or procurement processes
  • Ability to analyze and understand contractual information (non-legal advisory)
  • Strong organizational and tracking skills (deadlines, renewals, data management)
  • Experience with tools or systems (Excel, contract management systems, or similar)
  • Good communication skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams

Preferred

  • Law student, junior legal profile, or legal/procurement assistant
  • Experience with contract management or document review
  • Comfortable working with large volumes of data and documents
