The Advanced Products & Solutions Business Unit (SBU) is offering a dynamic opportunity for a Manager, Contracts within the EOIR Solutions program area. We are seeking a seasoned professional to manage and lead the Air Force contracts within the EOIR Solutions portfolio. The EOIRS Air Force portfolio is focused on the development, production, and technical assistance of Multi-Spectral Targeting Systems (MTS).
In this role, you will be responsible for leading the initial assessment of business pursuits, proposal preparation, contract negotiation, contract management, and extensive customer engagement. These responsibilities ensure proper contract acquisition and the fulfillment of contract requirements in alignment with company policies, legal standards, and customer specifications.
This role will be an integral part of the business teams, supporting strategic solutions, and providing dynamic recommendations for proposal, negotiation, and execution issues. The candidate should be an effective communicator, highly motivated, and well-organized who enjoys working in a fast-paced, collaborative team environment.

What You Will Do
Lead end‑to‑end contract administration for complex DoD and Government programs, ensuring compliance with company policies, fulfillment of customer obligations, and alignment with business objectives
Professionally represent the company in all contractual matters, serving as a primary interface with U.S. Government and Prime customers and developing strong, trust‑based business relationships
Partner with key program functions to analyze solicitations, develop compliant and compelling proposals, support strategy reviews, and ensure timely delivery of high‑quality submissions
Manage negotiation, execution, implementation, and administration of contractual agreements, ensuring contractual scope, terms, and conditions are fully understood and adhered to throughout program execution
Provide strategic guidance on contractual rights, obligations, regulations, and policies to minimize risk, prevent unauthorized commitments, and maintain a balanced risk‑reward posture
Investigate and resolve complex contractual issues by applying strong critical thinking, innovating contracting approaches, and collaborating proactively with internal and external stakeholders
Develop effective partnerships with program management, engineering, business/estimating, supply chain, and portfolio leadership to drive successful contract performance
Coach and mentor the EOIRS Air Force contracts team, strengthening organizational capability, workforce readiness, and professional development
Operate independently in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment while managing multiple priorities and delivering high‑quality contractual guidance and execution
Qualifications You Must Have
Typically requires a University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 8 years prior relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 5 years of experience
Experience working proposal activity, which may include one or more of the following: proposal development, sole source and /or competitive pursuits
Experience with contracts/subcontracts negotiations
Experience with U.S. Government contracts under the Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR), and / or Defense Federal Acquisition Regulations Supplement (DFARS)
Qualifications We Prefer
Strong management and leadership experience with a proven ability to guide teams, shape outcomes, and influence decision‑making at the executive level
Demonstrated expertise with Government and DoD contract types, including Firm Fixed Price (FFP), Fixed Price Incentive Fee (FPIF), and Cost Plus Fixed Fee (CPFF)
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to present complex information to a broad audience and interface effectively with all levels of internal and external stakeholders
Experience working collaboratively across functions such as Finance, Integrated Supply Chain, Business Development, and Program Management
Advanced degree preferred, including MBA or Juris Doctor

The salary range for this role is 107,500 USD - 204,500 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
