  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.
  • At least 5 years of professional experience in higher education administration, academic affairs, compliance, accreditation, institutional effectiveness, regulatory affairs, governmental affairs, or a related field.
  • Demonstrated experience preparing complex written materials such as regulatory submissions, accreditation documentation, policy analyses, grant proposals, reports, or other high-stakes documents.
  • Excellent writing, editing, research, analytical, and critical-thinking skills.
  • Strong project management and organizational abilities, with the capacity to manage multiple priorities, stakeholders, and deadlines.
  • Ability to interpret complex regulatory or policy requirements and communicate them clearly to diverse audiences.
  • Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Comfortable working independently in a fully remote environment using collaboration platforms such as Zoom and Microsoft Teams.
