The Opportunity
Primary Objectives
Provide dedicated paralegal support for a high-profile technology-related matter
Primary Responsibilities
Support the logistics and administration of a complex disclosure process for a major technology company
Assist with preparation for meetings and hearings, including compiling and updating electronic document bundles, preparing agendas and collating speaking notes
Take accurate call notes
Create and manage legal documents and correspondence
Organise and maintain matter files on Google Documents and other systems
Liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders
Support billing processes as required
Other paralegal tasks as required by the internal team
Qualifications, skills and experience
Law degree or other undergraduate degree (ideally 2:1 or first class honours)
Exposure to civil litigation/disputes, through degree / LPC / Bar Course / SQE or previous employment
Previous paralegal work (or similar) in civil disputes, ideally in a large law firm
Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications
Strong organisational skills, time management, and exceptional attention to detail
Strong typing skills to take accurate call notes
Ability to work collaboratively in a large team environment
