You will be expected to assess new matters, summarize key facts and issues, manage competing priorities, and proactively identify what additional information or support may help attorneys effectively evaluate and defend matters. Success in this role requires the ability to both follow detailed processes and think beyond assigned tasks to serve as a trusted partner to attorneys.

The Expertise and Skills You Bring

  • 10 years of relevant paralegal experience
  • Experience supporting litigation, regulatory, employment, or complex legal matters
  • Strong judgment and critical thinking, including the ability to assess and summarize new matters
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to follow detailed processes while recognizing and escalating issues as appropriate
  • Clear and effective written and verbal communication skills
  • Collaborative mindset with the ability to work across legal teams and business partners
  • Experience with discovery tools and document management
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel)

The Team

You play a key role in helping Fidelity’s Legal Department manage risk, meet legal obligations, and defend the firm. By combining strong execution with thoughtful analysis and proactive support, you enable attorneys to operate more efficiently and effectively.
