As a National Benefits Administration Senior Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in managing and administering employee benefits programs, confirming that employees receive their entitled benefits while maintaining compliance with relevant laws and regulations. Within our Internal Firm Services practice, you will focus on managing the people lifecycle and operational tasks related to employee management, including onboarding, offboarding, payroll, and benefits administration.

As a Senior Associate, you will build meaningful connections with clients and colleagues, learning how to manage and inspire others. You will navigate complex situations, growing your personal brand and enhancing your technical skills. You are expected to anticipate the needs of your teams and clients, delivering quality work even when the path forward is unclear. This role offers the opportunity to deepen your understanding of the business context and develop your ability to respond effectively to diverse perspectives.

In this role at PwC Acceleration Center Buenos Aires, you will leverage a broad range of tools and methodologies to generate new ideas and solve problems, using critical thinking to break down complex concepts. You will uphold professional and technical standards, interpreting data to inform insights and recommendations.

Responsibilities

- Managing and administering employee benefits programs to support workforce needs
- Analyzing benefit plan data to identify opportunities for process improvement and cost efficiency
- Utilizing Human Resources Information System (HRIS) for accurate benefits administration and record-keeping
- Handling sensitive information with confidentiality and integrity
- Navigating complex regulatory requirements to maintain compliance with labor laws
- Collaborating with internal teams to address employee inquiries and resolve benefits-related issues
- Conducting benefits audits to validate program effectiveness and compliance
- Supporting employee onboarding and offboarding processes related to benefits
- Developing and maintaining documentation for benefits processes and procedures
- Engaging in continuous learning to adapt to changes in benefits administration and industry standards
- Understanding the importance of responsible Information Management, including Information Security and Data Protection
- Ensuring correct Information Security Management practices 


What You Must Have
- At least 2 years of experience

- Experience in IT technologies (AI &/or automations), change management &/or process improvement. 
- Oral and written proficiency in English required

- At least a High School Diploma or the equivalent degree


What Sets You Apart
- Digital Tools: Power Automate, Power BI (building dashboards), Power Query, Microsoft Lists, Copilot, Sharepoint organization are a plus.
- Demonstrating proficiency in Benefits Administration and Benefits Auditing
- Utilizing Human Resources Information System (HRIS) for process improvement
- Analyzing benefit plans to inform strategic recommendations
- Handling sensitive information with confidentiality and integrity
- Excelling in analytical thinking and problem-solving
