Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in Law, Business Administration, International Relations, Finance, Ethics & Compliance, Human Resources, Communications, or a related field.
• Strong communication, organizational, analytical, and project coordination skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail.
• Familiarity with compliance, ethics, legal, audit, or risk management concepts is preferred but not required.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Teams.
• Experience with data analysis, reporting, or dashboard tools is a plus.
• Self-motivated with a proactive approach to learning and continuous improvement.
• Comfortable working in a multicultural and geographically dispersed environment.
• Fluent in English; Portuguese is a plus.
