Job Description
As a member of the central AUMOVIO Privacy & AI Compliance team, the Privacy Compliance Officer supports the Privacy Compliance Management System of AUMOVIO globally.
The Privacy Compliance Officer primarily be responsible for supporting business and central functions with implementing and integrating the respective privacy requirements into business processes.
Main responsibilities are:
- Support the Head of Privacy and AI Compliance with the design and implementation of the Privacy Management System including but not limited to rules, policies, trainings, communication, monitoring and controls
- Providing trainings on Privacy and AI Compliance matters
- Answering data subject requests.
- Supporting with documenting privacy relevant processes in the central Record of Processing Activities
- Reviewing data processing activities in the context of commissioned processing and advising on relevant legal requirements, as well as reviewing agreements on commissioned processing
- Supporting with DPIAs and DPNs
- Assisting in identifying and assessing data protection risks including but not limited to DPIAs and DPNs
- Supporting prevention, monitoring, and reporting of data breaches
- Communicating with Data Protection Authorities
- Assisting in preparation for data protection audits.
- Support with AI Compliance advice, impact assessments and trainings
Qualifications
- Academic Degree in Law (preferred) or Business Administration or IT or comparable education
- At least 5 years of proven professional experience in the area of privacy, ideally in an international company. Experience related to the EU AI Act is a strong asset.
- Fluent English language skills (spoken and written)
- Additional language skills preferred
- Solid MS Office skills
- Good communication skills and strong team player mentality; and
- Intercultural competence
