Job Description

• Products in Scope: Wellbeing SDA products w/ possible extension to AC
• Markets in Scope: Global responsibility with a focus on Europe

• Define scope of certification and legal requirements for product range
• Define Norms and Standards List for the product range
• Define product fact sheet (legal requirements for each target countries)
• Draft DoC templates
• Review and approve final certification reports (4 eyes principle with EPM)
• Prepare Final DoC for approval
• Real-time tracking of legislation changes and implement change measures

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree, major in engineering is preferred.
• Minimum 5-year working experience in product compliance & certification area.
• Neutral / Fair-minded
• Detail-oriented
• Background in exports of home appliances to Europe/USA, or experience in certification/testing organizations
• Familiar with the IEC 60335 series of standards: IEC 60335-2-40
• IEC 60335-2-65
• IEC 60335-2-80
• Familiar with EMC standards such as IEC 61000 / CISPR 55014 Familiar with European and U.S. product certification processes
• English as working language. Independently lead meetings globally across regions.
• Able to investigate and understand legal requirements of new markets.
