Real estate finance paralegal with experience supporting commercial real financing transactions, including:

• Managing legal and diligence checklists;
• Reviewing third party reports;
• Negotiating title and survey;
• Coordinating signature pages;
• Preparing closing binders;
• Drafting secondary market conveyance documents.
