Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Regulatory Monitoring: Monitor relevant laws, regulations, and standards on a regular basis and communicate updates to ensure organizational compliance.

  • Policy Implementation: Assist in implementing and enforcing compliance policies and procedures to meet regulatory requirements and organizational goals.

  • Compliance Support: Provide support in responding to inquiries, resolving minor compliance issues, and assisting with regulatory filings and submissions.

  • Training Assistance: Help coordinate and deliver compliance training sessions to employees, ensuring they understand policies and applicable regulations.

  • Audit Preparation: Assist in preparing for internal and external audits by organizing documentation, ensuring records are up to date, and addressing preliminary audit findings.

  • Regulatory Knowledge: Solid understanding of laws, regulations, and industry standards applicable to the organization鈥檚 operations.

  • Analytical Thinking: Ability to evaluate compliance data and identify trends or risks to ensure regulatory adherence.

  • Organizational Skills: Competence in managing multiple compliance tasks, tracking deadlines, and maintaining records.

  • Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in using compliance-related software, tools, and databases to streamline workflows.
