Regulatory Compliance Specialist ll

Ensure the regulatory compliance of technical operations in accordance with the established manuals, regulations, standards and circulars.

• Schedule and supervise the carrying out of QTG’s / STG’s and supply documentation as and when required by the respective internal and external parties.

• Verify and validate the results from the QTG runs and manage QTG documentation in line with the established procedures. Maintain and update MQTG records as required.

• Communicate with aviation authorities on regulatory matters. Provide notices on major issues affecting the certification of the FSTD’s and follow up reports on open issues.

• Schedule and coordinate simulator evaluation activities with aviation authorities.

• Prepare the required documentation and ensure the FSTD’s are ready for initial, recurrent or special evaluations. Maintain the FSTD certificates of qualification (COQ).

• Participate with Technical Manager/ Team Leader in supporting FSTD evaluations performed by aviation authorities, internal and external customers.

• Assist Technical Manager/ Team Leader with both internal and external regulatory, quality and customer audits.

• Provide reports to the Technical Manager/ Team Leader and/or the simulator manufacturer in the event of prolonged and/or persistent simulator deficiencies.  

• Propose, lead or participate in improvement initiatives and activities in the technical department and the company in general.

• Provide monthly report covering relevant KPIs for all devices.
