Qualifications

Your Experience:

  • Professional fluency in English, Portuguese, and Spanish.
  • Meaningful experience advising on public and private M&A transactions, including acquisitions, disposals, and joint ventures under New York law.
  • Experience drafting, reviewing, and negotiating key transaction documents and managing due diligence processes.
  • Experience coordinating complex cross-border transactions and working effectively across multiple practice areas and jurisdictions.
  • Admission to the New York Bar
  • Experience practicing at a leading international law firm
