Qualifications
Your Experience:
- Professional fluency in English, Portuguese, and Spanish.
- Meaningful experience advising on public and private M&A transactions, including acquisitions, disposals, and joint ventures under New York law.
- Experience drafting, reviewing, and negotiating key transaction documents and managing due diligence processes.
- Experience coordinating complex cross-border transactions and working effectively across multiple practice areas and jurisdictions.
- Admission to the New York Bar
- Experience practicing at a leading international law firm
