Job Description

We are looking for a Security & Compliance Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying security threats and vulnerabilities across our systems and applications, implementing effective security controls, and ensuring the availability, integrity, and confidentiality of our information systems and data. You will play a key role in strengthening our organization's security posture and supporting compliance with industry standards and best practices.

 

 

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the configuration, deployment, and ongoing maintenance of security technologies, including but not limited to EDR, DLP, SIEM, Vulnerability Management, NIDS, and SOAR solutions.

  • Design and develop detection logic to enhance internal Managed Detection and Response (MDR) capabilities.

  • Architect and implement automation for security controls across the enterprise environment to improve efficiency and consistency.

  • Design secure network configurations and provide security support throughout the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC).

  • Review and process security configuration requests to enable business operations while maintaining compliance with security standards.

  • Participate in the investigation and response to system and network security incidents and breaches.

  • Perform daily security administration tasks, prepare reports, and collaborate with relevant teams across the organization to support operational and security objectives.

 

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, Systems Engineering, or a related field.

  •  Minimum of 5 years of experience in detection engineering, security log collection, security tool configuration, and security investigations.

  • Hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 security technologies and services.

  • Strong working knowledge of SIEM, PAM, EDR/NDR, and IAM solutions.

  •  Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a strong attention to detail.

  •  Proven ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams across both security and business functions.

  •  Up-to-date knowledge of cybersecurity trends, emerging threats, and modern attack techniques.
