Senior Analyst - Healthcare Regulatory Reporting

Position Summary:

The Senior Analyst supports the Compliance Center of Excellence (COE) Regulatory Reporting team by preparing and submitting required reports to state regulatory agencies. This role manages a portfolio of recurring regulatory reports and works closely with business partners to collect, validate, and submit accurate information on time.

The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and skilled at managing multiple projects and deadlines. Success in this role requires strong collaboration, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage assigned regulatory reports for one or more states or regulatory areas.
• Coordinate with business partners to gather required data and information.
• Communicate reporting requirements, formats, and deadlines to stakeholders.
• Review and validate information to ensure accuracy and completeness.
• Submit reports to regulatory agencies through required channels, including SERFF, state portals, secure email, or other approved methods.
• Track reporting deadlines and ensure timely completion of all assigned deliverables.
• Build strong working relationships with internal teams and data providers to support regulatory compliance.

Required Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience in compliance, regulatory reporting, healthcare, insurance, legal, or a related field.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
• At least 2 years of experience using Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams, and SharePoint.
• 2–5 years of experience managing projects, processes, or multiple competing priorities.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to understand complex requirements and explain them clearly to others.
• Proven ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and business partners.
• Experience managing multiple deadlines and adjusting priorities as needed.

Preferred Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in compliance or regulatory functions involving interaction with regulatory agencies.
• 1–3 years of experience preparing and submitting regulatory reports.
• Healthcare insurance industry experience.

Education

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience will be considered.

Pay Range

The typical pay range for this role is:

$46,988.00 - $102,000.00

This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls.  The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors.  This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
