About the team:
The Work Authorization Compliance team ensures all hires are authorized to work in the United States by focusing on accuracy, consistency, and regulatory compliance. The team manages I-9, E-Verify, document integrity, fraud prevention, and labor prevention programs. Collaborating with Legal, People, Technology, Global Governance, Ethics & Compliance, and business units, the team translates complex regulations into clear, scalable onboarding practices. Committed to high standards of compliance and integrity, this group supports the company’s operational and strategic goals through effective partnerships and continuous process improvement.

What you'll bring:

• 1+ year of experience in Human Resources, recruiting, onboarding, employment verification, or a related administrative function.
• Experience completing or processing Form I-9 and employment eligibility verification in accordance with federal requirements.
• Working knowledge of USCIS Form I-9 requirements, acceptable employment authorization documents, and applicable verification procedures.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to accurately review and enter sensitive employee information.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality when handling personal and employment-related information.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office or Google Workspace and ability to learn HR/HRIS systems quickly.

The hourly wage range for this position is $23.00 - $45.00*

*The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location.

Additional compensation in the form of premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances. Premiums may be based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if applicable criteria are met.
