Job Description

Dube Manikai & Hwacha invites applications for a Senior Associate in its Banking and Finance practice to handle project finance, syndicated lending and regulatory work for major financial institutions operating in Zimbabwe.

Responsibilities

Advise banks and DFIs on project finance and syndicated loans
Draft and negotiate facility agreements, security documents and intercreditor deeds
Advise on RBZ exchange control regulations and financial sector compliance
Manage a portfolio of banking clients independently

Requirements

LLB; LLM in banking or finance law is highly advantageous
4–6 years experience in banking, project finance or financial regulation
Strong relationships with financial sector clients
