Position Overview
Job Description
The Senior Compliance Analyst will assist with the day-to-day operations of the North America Compliance program. The Senior Compliance Analyst will play an integral role in executing established compliance operating procedures, conducting assigned compliance investigations, monitoring business activities with potential compliance risks, analyzing compliance data and reporting, as well as providing guidance to employees in the region, including senior management, on matters relating to compliance.
Main Responsibilities
- Program Execution: Execute and monitor day-to-day compliance activities, ensuring all processes align with Bosch global standards.
- Risk Assessment: Perform deep-dive assessments of potential compliance risks; draft technical reports and recommend specific controls to mitigate identified vulnerabilities.
- Investigation Support: Lead the technical side of misconduct investigations, including data collection, evidence review, and documentation, ensuring all files are "audit-ready."
- Hotline Administration: Assist in the administration of the Compliance Hotline, ensuring all reports are triaged accurately and addressed in a timely manner.
- Data Analysis: Conduct regular assessments of compliance trends and root cause analyses; develop dashboards or reports to visualize these findings for management.
- Training & Guidance: Develop and deliver compliance training materials and provide guidance to business units on the practical application of policies.
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree is required.
- 4+ years of experience conducting legal, compliance, regulatory, or law enforcement investigations.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Strong organizational, analytical, presentation, communication, writing, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and complete cases and projects in a timely manner in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities.
- High integrity level.
- Attention to details.
- Proficiency in the Microsoft family of products (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, OneNote, SharePoint, etc.)
Preferred Skills and Qualifications
- CCEP (Certified Compliance & Ethics Professional) or CFE (Certified Fraud Examiner) is a plus.
- Advanced experience with compliance-related software, data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau or Power BI), and Excel. Ability to analyze data and report findings utilizing these tools.
- Proven ability to manage multiple workstreams and investigation timelines simultaneously without direct supervision.
