Senior Compliance Officer - Compliance Projects, Systems & Data (Emiratization)

The Senior Compliance Officer - Compliance Projects, Systems & Data will play a critical role in delivering business intelligence, management reporting, and performance analytics across Assets and Liabilities products. The role is responsible for providing accurate and timely dashboards, portfolio performance analysis, sales tracking, and regulatory reporting while supporting business stakeholders with data-driven insights to enhance decision-making and business growth.

What You Will Be Doing:

• Prepare and deliver periodic management reports, dashboards, and analytical packs for Assets and Liabilities businesses within agreed timelines.
• Design, develop, and maintain comprehensive MIS reports that provide meaningful insights into portfolio performance, sales productivity, and financial outcomes.
• Develop daily leadership dashboards to track portfolio movements, sales achievements, and performance against budget targets.
• Monitor Assets and Liability portfolio trends and proactively identify opportunities, risks, or anomalies for management attention.
• Support Products and Business teams with ad hoc data analysis, reporting requirements, and business performance insights.
• Ensure timely, accurate, and error-free delivery of sales, portfolio, and financial reports.
• Work closely with business heads and stakeholders to understand reporting and analytical requirements and provide effective BI solutions.
• Enhance and automate reporting processes using SQL, VBA Macros, Python, and other analytical tools to improve efficiency and reduce manual effort.
• Develop and maintain dashboards that streamline reporting activities and improve data accuracy.
• Support the preparation and submission of regulatory, financial, and Central Bank reports on a monthly, quarterly, half-yearly, and annual basis.
• Review report logic and reporting frameworks to ensure compliance with internal standards and Central Bank guidelines.
• Ensure timely submission of all existing and newly introduced Central Bank reporting requirements.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to continuously improve reporting frameworks, visualization, and performance measurement metrics.
• Maintain data integrity, governance standards, and reporting controls across all reporting activities.

What You Should Have:

• Bachelor's Degree with specialization in Computer Science, Information Technology, Analytics, or a related discipline will be preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Management Information Systems (MIS), Business Intelligence, Data Analytics, or Reporting functions.
• Experience in banking, financial services, or retail banking analytics would be an advantage.
• Strong understanding of Assets and Liabilities products and banking performance metrics.
• Experience in preparing management, financial, and regulatory reports.

What We Are Looking For:

• Strong knowledge of VBA Excel Macros, SQL, Crystal Reports, and reporting automation tools.
• Working knowledge of Python and modern analytical solutions for data processing and visualization.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to interpret complex business requirements and convert them into meaningful reports and dashboards.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

• Sound knowledge of retail banking products and portfolio reporting.
