As a Senior Consultant, you will be part of a team delivering ethics and compliance solutions to clients — contributing to framework design, investigations, and risk assessments, and producing high-quality deliverables in a fast-paced, client-facing environment.

What our team delivers

Key responsibilities

  • Client delivery: Support the design of compliance frameworks and the execution of investigations, risk assessments, and due diligence processes, ensuring high-quality deliverables that meet regulatory standards.
  • Project support: Contribute to client engagements with a focus on accuracy, timeliness, and quality, and support the mentoring of junior team members.
  • Regulatory awareness: Keep up to date with relevant regulations and industry trends to ensure deliverables remain compliant.
  • Business development: Help identify opportunities for Ethics & Compliance services and support the preparation of proposals and client materials.
  • Internal reporting: Report progress and updates on assignments to the performance manager, team leader, or engagement manager.
