Job Description

Our client, a leading global specialty chemicals company, has exclusively retained Solutus Legal Search to assist its executives in hiring an attorney to serve as Senior Legal Counsel. The Senior Counsel will manage sophisticated legal matters while interacting with senior business leadership around the company, including the General Counsel and members of the C-Suite. This role will report to the Vice President, HSE Policy and Deputy General Counsel. The role is based in the Company’s U.S. headquarters just outside of Philadelphia, with 5x a week in office required.   The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience with a variety of corporate and commercial agreements and transactions.  This is an excellent opportunity for a talented attorney who is results oriented, intellectually curious, and enjoys being a member of a collaborative and top-notch legal team.
