Job Description

What You Will Do

•Act as a trusted compliance advisor and partner with business leaders to drive a culture of ethics and compliance.•Lead the implementation and execution of compliance programs across the organization.•Monitor and interpret regulatory requirements, including UCMPMD, FCPA, PCA, and Anti-Bribery & Anti-Corruption laws.•Review, develop, and update compliance policies, procedures, and standards to align with regulatory requirements and business needs.•Design and deliver compliance training, awareness programs, and communication campaigns to strengthen employee understanding and adherence.•Perform compliance risk assessments and recommend mitigation plans to address identified risks and control gaps.•Manage compliance systems, reporting tools, training platforms, and SharePoint sites to ensure effective governance and documentation.•Partner with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders to drive continuous improvement of compliance processes and controls.•Conduct and manage internal investigations related to fraud, misconduct, bribery, and policy violations in collaboration with Legal and HR.•

What You Need

•The requirement is for candidates with a minimum of 10 years and a maximum of 16 years of experience, along with strong experience in the MedTech and Pharma domain.
Strong expertise in UCMPMD, FCPA, Prevention of Corruption Act (PCA), Anti-Bribery & Anti-Corruption (ABAC), and corporate compliance frameworks.•Strong stakeholder management, influencing, communication, and training delivery skills across diverse business functions.•Ability to work effectively with Legal, HR, Audit, and business teams in a complex multinational environment.•Experience developing and implementing compliance programs, policies, risk assessments, and monitoring activities.•Strong communication skills
