Job Description

This role offers the opportunity to become a key compliance partner for innovative healthcare benefit products.
You will help ensure complex financial wellness solutions are designed and delivered with regulatory excellence.
Working within a collaborative Legal & Compliance environment, you will advise product, engineering, operations, and business teams.
The position combines regulatory expertise, risk management, and product strategy to support scalable growth.
You will assess emerging technologies, including AI-powered tools, and translate evolving regulations into practical solutions.

Accountabilities:

    As a Senior Product Compliance Analyst, you will serve as a trusted compliance advisor across benefit products, ensuring regulatory alignment while supporting innovation and operational excellence. You will partner closely with cross-functional teams to identify risks, improve processes, and provide actionable guidance that supports customer-focused solutions.

    • Develop deep expertise in benefit products and serve as a compliance resource for Product, Engineering, Customer Success, Member Services, Sales, and operational teams.
    • Review marketing materials, customer-facing communications, and product documentation to ensure regulatory accuracy and compliance with consumer protection requirements.
    • Advise operational teams on benefit account processes, transaction flows, and regulatory considerations related to payment infrastructure.
    • Lead compliance risk assessments for new product features, platform updates, workflow changes, and emerging technologies such as AI-enabled solutions.
    • Identify regulatory, privacy, HIPAA, and data protection considerations and recommend appropriate controls or product adjustments.
    • Monitor regulatory developments and create impact assessments with clear recommendations for affected stakeholders.
    • Support audits, customer escalations, and employer inquiries involving compliance and regulatory requirements.
    • Collaborate with compliance leadership to maintain comprehensive oversight across a broad portfolio of benefit solutions.
    • Requirements:

      The ideal candidate brings strong experience in product compliance, regulatory affairs, or benefits administration, with the ability to interpret complex regulations and communicate practical solutions across technical and business teams.

      • 4–6 years of experience in product compliance, regulatory affairs, or benefits administration within an HSA custodian, TPA, benefits administrator, health plan, or fintech environment.
      • Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements related to tax-advantaged accounts, including HSA, FSA, and HRA products.
      • Experience interpreting regulatory guidance from sources such as the IRS, Department of Labor, or similar authorities and translating requirements into product solutions.
      • Familiarity with benefit account transaction processes, including ACH and card network operations, is a plus.
      • Understanding of HIPAA, GLBA, and consumer data privacy requirements applicable to benefits administration is preferred.
      • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain complex compliance topics clearly to non-legal audiences.
      • Ability to operate as an embedded compliance partner across product, engineering, sales, and customer-facing teams.
      • Adaptability and strong organizational skills to manage priorities in a fast-paced environment with changing business needs.
      • Must be authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis without current or future sponsorship requirements.
      • Wyoming residency within the Mountain Time Zone is preferred but not required.
