About the role

The Senior Retail Compliance Analyst is responsible for supporting customer compliance and Order-to-Cash operations across key retail accounts. This role partners closely with Sales, Customer Service, Logistics, Supply Chain, and Finance teams to identify compliance risks, resolve customer deductions and claims, and improve the overall customer experience. 

The ideal candidate is highly analytical, customer-focused, and eager to build expertise in retail compliance, customer operations, and order-to-cash processes. This position offers an opportunity to gain exposure to major retail customers while supporting process improvements that drive operational and financial performance. 

Key Responsibilities 

• Support customer compliance activities across strategic retail customers, including Walmart, Amazon, Costco, Best Buy, Target, and other key accounts. 

• Review compliance deductions, chargebacks, shortages, and claims to identify root causes and recommend corrective actions. 

• Partner with Sales Account Managers and Customer Service teams to resolve customer issues in a timely manner. 

• Monitor customer scorecards, compliance metrics, and operational performance indicators. 

• Assist in reviewing customer requirements, routing guides, and contractual obligations to ensure compliance. 

• Work closely with Logistics and Supply Chain teams to identify opportunities to improve processes and implement operational controls. 

• Support Order-to-Cash execution by monitoring order flow and helping resolve exceptions impacting customer experience. 

• Prepare reporting and analysis related to deductions, claims, penalties, compliance trends, and recovery opportunities. 

• Partner with Dyson Business Services and internal stakeholders to investigate and resolve customer disputes. 

• Identify process improvement opportunities that reduce compliance penalties and improve customer satisfaction. 

• Maintain documentation, standard operating procedures, and customer compliance records. 

• Support special projects and continuous improvement initiatives across customer operations and supply chain functions. 

About you

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Logistics, Finance, or a related field.

• 2+ years of experience in Customer Operations, Customer Service, Order-to-Cash, Supply Chain, Logistics, Finance, or a related discipline.

• Retail customer service or customer-facing operational experience preferred.

• Experience supporting major retail customers such as Amazon, Best Buy, Costco, Walmart, Target, or similar accounts preferred.

• Passion for improving customer experience and driving operational excellence.

• Understanding of customer-facing performance metrics, including OTIF, service levels, customer scorecards, and continuous improvement initiatives.

• Experience supporting deductions, chargebacks, customer disputes, compliance activities, or Order-to-Cash processes preferred.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data management skills, with advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.

• Experience with SAP or other ERP systems preferred.

• Ability to collaborate effectively across Sales, Customer Service, Supply Chain, Logistics, and Finance, while confidently representing the function in customer and cross-functional meetings.

• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and organizational skills with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Compensation : $73,000 - $92,000 annually + bonus opportunity
