Main purpose of the role:
Support a large-scale internal restructuring transaction, including asset and liability transfers across multiple business units
Work closely with project leads on key legal workstreams (due diligence, repapering, and coordination of advice)
Conduct and coordinate due diligence across divisions, including preparing trackers, analysing findings, and supporting reporting
Assist with contract repapering, including reviewing, updating, and coordinating execution of client and vendor agreements
Help manage multi-jurisdictional input, including coordinating with external counsel and tracking foreign law advice
Provide general legal and project support, working with internal stakeholders across legal, compliance, finance, and business teams
Person specification:
2–7 PQE qualified lawyer with strong transactional experience
Experience in multi-jurisdictional deals and coordinating external counsel
Highly organised with strong project management skills
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Able to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure
Proactive, collaborative, and solutions-oriented
Financial services background preferred; AI tools exposure a plus
