As an Adaptive consultant, you will be fully supported by the Simmons & Simmons team with a sponsoring Partner and a client team with whom we would encourage you to engage on a regular basis. You will have access to the firm's resources and Know-how and have the opportunity to be involved in training and development at the Firm.

Main purpose of the role:
Simmons Adaptive are keen to hear from real estate lawyers who are interesting in supporting one of our clients in-house.
This is a full time opportunity for an initial 3 month duration, working a hybrid model with 3 days in the office. We are also open to considering part time candidates working 4 days per week.
You will work part of a close-knit legal team, playing a key role in supporting a substantial UK real estate portfolio and advising on a broad range of strategic property transactions.
- Managing a broad range of UK real estate transactions involving freehold, leasehold and licence interests.
- Taking ownership of transaction pipelines and key project workstreams.
- Advising on deal structures and head of terms.
- Drafting and negotiating a variety of real estate documentation.
Person specification:
- You are a qualified lawyer with ideally 4-7 years’ PQE.
- You are a problem solver and offer a collaborative approach.
- You are able to work in a dynamic and fast moving environment.
- You are able to work quickly and effectively to tight deadlines. You have excellent organisation skills with the ability to effectively prioritise workloads.
- You can work autonomously but can also collaborate as part of the wider team.
- You will be required to hold the relevant right to work in the UK (visa sponsorship is not available).
