Position Summary
We are seeking a Senior Analyst to join the Technology, Data, Privacy and Third-Party Risk Legal Services (TDPT) team supporting Health Services Privacy. This role is responsible for investigating privacy incidents, supporting privacy compliance efforts, responding to privacy-related inquiries, and helping ensure business processes align with privacy requirements.
The ideal candidate has experience in privacy compliance, understands healthcare privacy regulations, and can effectively work with cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct privacy incident investigations and document findings.
- Partner with business and functional teams on privacy compliance activities.
- Assist with regulatory and customer privacy inquiries or complaints.
- Review business processes and controls and provide recommendations for improvement.
- Answer privacy-related questions from business partners.
- Obtain legal guidance when needed to address privacy concerns.
- Support special projects and other privacy initiatives as assigned.
Required Qualifications
- At least 2 years of experience in privacy, compliance, legal, or related fields.
Preferred Qualifications
- Knowledge of privacy, security, and data governance practices in the healthcare industry.
- Experience working with privacy laws and regulations, including: HIPAA State privacy and breach notification laws NY Department of Financial Services (NYDFS) requirements
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Privacy certifications such as CIPP, CIPM, CIPT, or similar are a plus.

The typical pay range for this role is:
$46,988.00 - $112,200.00This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
