IFF operates globally across taste, scent, food ingredients, health, and biosciences. Our products are used in a wide range of everyday applications, including food, beverage, consumer goods, and health-related products.

The EMEA Regulatory Affairs department provides regulatory and technical information related to products, ingredients, customer requirements, and applicable legislation. In this role, you will join a team of eight colleagues responsible for customer documentation and regulatory information activities across the EMEA region.

The position provides exposure to food ingredients, customer requirements, regulatory topics, and documentation processes within an international business environment. Regular interaction across functions and regions contributes to delivering regulatory information and documentation to customers.

The Sr. Analyst, Regulatory Technical Info role is based in Brabrand, Denmark, with partial remote work available.

Where You’ll Make a Difference

In this role, you will:

  • Provide product documentation and regulatory information to customers.
  • Manage customer documentation activities in line with internal policies.
  • Complete customer documentation requests within agreed timelines.
  • Maintain customer documentation records and updates.
  • Review documentation with internal stakeholders.
  • Update documentation based on business and regulatory requirements.
  • Identify opportunities to improve and harmonize documentation processes.
  • Assess the impact of legislative changes on existing documentation.

What Makes You the Right Fit

For this role, we are looking for:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in Regulatory Affairs, Quality, Compliance, or a related area within the food industry.
  • University degree in Food Science, Regulatory Affairs, Quality Management, Life Sciences, or another relevant field.
  • Experience with technical, quality, or regulatory documentation.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in documentation work.
  • Ability to prioritize work and manage multiple activities at the same time.
  • Experience with business applications, databases, or information management systems.
  • Professional fluency in English, both written and spoken.

  • Knowledge of food regulations and customer documentation requirements.
  • Experience maintaining information across several systems or databases.
  • Knowledge of ingredients, food manufacturing environments, or related product categories.
