About the Role

As a Statutory Compliance Senior Analyst, you will independently manage statutory reporting and financial statement review activities for legal entities with moderate complexity. You will apply your technical accounting knowledge to ensure the accurate and compliant delivery of statutory financial statements, identify and assess accounting risks, and support external audit activities.

Working closely with local Finance, Controllership, Tax, and Audit teams, you will contribute to maintaining a strong control environment, drive standardization across reporting processes, and act as a point of reference for less experienced team members.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Preparing statutory financial statements.

  • Performing detailed financial statement reviews.

  • Coordinating external audit activities.

  • Maintaining effective internal controls and compliance.

  • Driving standardization and continuous improvement across reporting processes.

About You

  • 3–4 years of proven experience in accounting and statutory reporting.

  • Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field.

  • Experience working in an international and multicultural environment.

  • Strong understanding of risk management, including internal controls, managing risk, and embedding compliance and ethics.

  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to understand the bigger picture, communicate key messages, and propose solutions to complex issues.

  • Proficient written and spoken English.
