About the Role

As a Webinar Producer, you will play a key role in developing and delivering learning content that supports legal professionals across a range of practice areas and market sectors. Working collaboratively with internal stakeholders, legal authors, and subject matter experts, you will commission, manage, and enhance webinar content while helping to drive innovation, including the adoption of AI and emerging technologies across the learning portfolio.

Responsibilities

• Commission new content across multiple market sectors and practice areas, ensuring the most appropriate subject matter experts are identified.
• Manage the end-to-end commissioning process, including content planning, schedules, and delivery of supporting learning materials.
• Partner with internal practice groups, content teams, product leads, coordinators, and external vendors to deliver high-quality learning content.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with authors, law firms, and internal stakeholders to support future content development.
• Support contracting processes with speakers in partnership with legal and commissioning teams.
• Develop market and subject matter expertise and contribute to strategic content planning.
• Gather and analyse market intelligence, competitor activity, and customer feedback to inform content development.
• Support AI implementation initiatives and wider product and content projects across the webinars team.

Requirements

• Proactive approach to content commissioning and project delivery.
• Strong interest in the legal market and developments affecting legal practitioners.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and end-to-end processes with attention to detail.
• Experience building productive relationships with internal and legal external stakeholders.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to use data and market insight to support decision making and content development.
• Interest in emerging technology, online trends, and AI applications.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently while seeking guidance on key decisions and priorities when appropriate.
