Job Description

Drive regulatory compliance and shape AI-driven process innovation in a global semiconductor environment – apply now and become part of our Material Compliance team.

• You will review and process material compliance reports (e.g. RoHS, REACH, PFAS) to support regulatory requirements.
• In handling supplier test reports, you will redact sensitive information in line with customer specifications.
• As part of documentation management, you will upload and maintain compliance-related records in customer portals.
• Working closely with internal experts, you will contribute to customer communication efforts.
• You will support the development and testing of AI-based solutions aimed at automating data processing and report redaction.
• In addition, you will assist in validating and continuously improving AI-driven workflows.

Qualifications

• Education: studies in the field of Engineering, Natural Sciences, Data Science or comparable
• Experience and Knowledge: confident use of MS Excel and digital tools; initial practical experience in data processing, automation, or AI applications is a plus, combined with a strong interest in these areas
• Personality and Working Practice: you bring a structured and detail-oriented approach to your tasks, ensuring consistent and dependable outcomes
• Work Routine: your on-site presence is required during onboarding, with flexible mobile working options available afterwards
• Enthusiasm: for gaining hands-on experience in material compliance and regulatory supply chain management, working on customer-facing processes, and contributing to real-life AI-driven process optimization; interest in supply chain, sustainability, or regulatory topics
• Languages: very good in English and beginner in German

Additional Information

Start: according to prior agreement
Duration: 6 months – 10 h/week
