Palau is a very small Pacific market dominated by the public sector and centred on Koror (the commercial hub) and the capital district of Ngerulmud. You must also satisfy character-and-fitness requirements, and admission is granted by the Palau Supreme Court through its bar admission committee/board of bar examiners. Palau does not offer admission by comity or reciprocity, and foreign-educated (non-US) graduates are usually only considered through a special waiver from the Supreme Court.
