To become an attorney in Estonia, you must meet the education requirement applicable to judges (a recognised master's-level law qualification or an equivalent), have legal capacity and the right residence/citizenship status, and be fluent in Estonian. You then submit a written application and pass the Bar examination set by the Estonian Bar Association (Eesti Advokatuur) to be admitted, usually as an assistant attorney-at-law.
