Job Description

Empresas Polar is hiring a Compliance Manager based in Caracas, Venezuela. Build and run the compliance programme for a major consumer-goods group.

Responsibilities

  • Lead anti-corruption and AML compliance
  • Advise on the Ley Organica contra la Delincuencia Organizada
  • Manage third-party and contract risk
  • Deliver compliance training across the group

Requirements

  • Licenciatura en Derecho from an accredited Venezuelan university.
  • Admission as an abogado (registered with a Colegio de Abogados and INPREABOGADO).
  • 5+ years in compliance
  • English; certifications a plus
