Internship Description

Join Bosch eBike Systems and gain hands-on experience in project management, knowledge management, and forward-looking digital topics. As part of our team, you will take ownership of sub-projects, contribute to AI-related use cases, and help shape innovative tools and process improvements.

  • During your internship you will manage sub-projects from use case and wireframe design all the way through to implementation, testing, and release.
  • You will test and document new releases, actively supporting continuous tool optimization.
  • Furthermore, you will identify areas for improvement in tools and interfaces and align your solutions with both internal and external stakeholders.
  • You will prepare management presentations and contribute to structured, effective project communication.
  • Finally, you will serve as a key point of contact for tool-related inquiries and coordinate with external service providers to resolve technical issues.
  • Education: studies in the field of Economics, Business Informatics, Business Engineering or comparable
  • Experience and Knowledge: initial experience working in agile teams and collaborating with colleagues across different regions; familiarity with AI assistants such as Gemini and Microsoft Copilot; experience with Atlassian Confluence, Jira, and SharePoint is an advantage
  • Personality and Working Practice: you excel at independently driving projects toward their goals by applying a systematic and structured approach, while simultaneously fostering a collaborative team environment through your curiosity and clear communication, all guided by a proactive, entrepreneurial mindset
  • Work Routine: we offer you the opportunity to work in a hybrid setup
  • Enthusiasm: you enjoy working with international cross-functional teams; you love to design and test ideas and accompany them from start to finish
  • Languages: very good in English and German

Start: according to prior agreement
Duration: 6 months
