Internship Description

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Conduct legal research on banking, regulatory, and contractual matters.
  • Assist with the review, drafting, and administration of contracts, agreements, and legal documents.
  • Maintain legal records, contract databases, and document repositories.
  • Support the preparation of legal reports, correspondence, presentations, and management information reports.
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders to gather information and documentation for legal matters.
  • Monitor regulatory developments and maintain records of legal and regulatory updates impacting the Bank.
  • Assist with litigation management, compliance reviews, and legal advisory matters.
  • Support coordination with external counsel, regulators, and other external stakeholders when required.

 

What We're Looking For:

  • UAE National with a strong interest in Banking, Corporate, and Regulatory Law.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Law (LLB) or equivalent.
  • Basic understanding of UAE legal principles and regulatory frameworks.
  • Strong research, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
  • High level of professionalism, integrity, and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
