Internship Description
Role Purpose:
Support the Risk & Compliance team in day-to-day risk management, compliance monitoring, reporting activities, and administrative tasks. The intern will gain practical exposure to corporate governance, risk assessment, regulatory compliance, and internal control processes while contributing to ongoing departmental initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support updating the Risk Register
- Follow up on risk mitigation actions.
- Support compliance monitoring and reviews.
- Assist with compliance awareness activities.
- Support third party due diligence checks.
- Maintain Risk & Compliance records and documentation.
Requirements:
- Fresh graduate with a Bachelor's degree in Law, Economics, Risk Management, or a related field.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and research skills.
- Good written and verbal communication skills in English; Arabic is an advantage.
- High attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Ability to organize and manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Demonstrated integrity, professionalism, and ethical conduct.
- Eagerness to learn about corporate governance, risk management, and compliance practices.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.

- Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) frameworks and methodologies.
- Compliance monitoring and regulatory requirements.
- Corporate governance and internal control systems.
