Rotinas Fiscais e Tributárias

• Apurar tributos diretos e indiretos (ICMS, ISS, IPI, PIS, COFINS, IRPJ, CSLL), garantindo correta aplicação da legislação;
• Elaborar e revisar obrigações acessórias (SPED Fiscal, EFD-Contribuições, DCTF/DCTFWeb, DIRF/REINF, entre outras);
• Realizar análise e validação da tributação nas operações de entrada e saída;
• Monitorar alterações na legislação tributária e avaliar impactos para a empresa;
• Atuar no atendimento a fiscalizações, auditorias internas e externas;
• Apoiar processos de parametrização fiscal em sistemas ERP (ex.: Protheus).

Controle de Certidões

Gerenciar a obtenção, renovação e acompanhamento de certidões negativas e positivas com efeito de negativa (CND/CPEN) nos âmbitos: Federal, Estadual e Municipal, monitorando prazos de validade, garantindo regularidade fiscal contínua e atuando na regularização de pendências que impactem a emissão de certidões.

Atividades Paralegais (Alvarás e Licenças)

Gerenciar o processo de obtenção, renovação e regularização de alvarás de funcionamento, acompanhando as exigências legais municipais relacionadas ao funcionamento das unidades e mantendo as bases documentais organizadas e atualizadas.

Controles e Governança

• Estruturar e manter controles internos relacionados à área fiscal e paralegal.
• Elaborar relatórios gerenciais e indicadores de conformidade.
• Identificar riscos fiscais e propor ações corretivas e preventivas.
• Apoiar melhorias de processos e automações.
