Job Description

We are looking for a Lead Engineer specialized in Homologation & Regulatory Compliance.

  • Responsible for regulatory compliance and certification processes across regional and international markets.
  • Manages end-to-end product approval cycles, liaises with regulatory authorities, and ensures alignment with evolving standards.
  • Collaborates cross-functionally to support product readiness, market entry, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related technical field
  • 5+ years of Experience ( 2 years in GCC ) in Homologation
  • Strong understanding of regional and international regulatory frameworks
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and analytical skills
  • Proven ability to manage complex, cross-functional projects
  • Experience working with government agencies and certification bodies
  • Skilled in risk assessment, documentation, and regulatory reporting
  • Comfortable working in multicultural and fast-paced environments
  • Willing to travel regionally or internationally as required
