Key Responsibilities

• Product Compliance: Provide legal advice and ensure compliance with regulations related to online product sales, including but not limited to the Act Governing Food Safety and Sanitation, Cosmetic Hygiene and Safety Act, Commodity Inspection Act, Medical Devices Act, and other relevant e-commerce laws.
• Subscription & Business Models: Advise on the legal frameworks for membership subscription systems, ensuring full regulatory compliance and consumer protection.
• Contract Management: Draft, review, negotiate, and manage various e-commerce related contracts and agreements.
• Business Advisory: Stay abreast of e-commerce transaction models, industry trends, and the current business landscape to provide practical, business-enabling legal solutions.
• Collaboration: Work closely and collaborate effectively with external legal counsels, internal department members, and cross-functional teams to mitigate legal risks and achieve corporate objectives.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Experience & Education:
• Must be a qualified lawyer holding a valid lawyer license (Bar admission).
• 5 to 10 years of proven legal experience, either practicing in a law firm or working as an in-house legal counsel.
• Core Competencies: Highly familiar with the e-commerce industry, digital transaction models, and relevant legal regulations.
• Soft Skills: Strong team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to work collaboratively and build relationships across different departments and with external partners.
• Language Skills:
• Mandarin Chinese: Native proficiency.
• English: Professional working proficiency (able to communicate smoothly in a professional work environment).
