 Provide legal advices on business operation and review contracts so as to limit the legal risk exposure of the Company.
 Support the department in various legal initiatives and handle legal, litigation matters and product risk assement with providing comments on legal clauses for product development.
 Assist Legal & Public Affairs in handling communications with internal business function(s) as well as external parties for the strategic initiatives.

1.Well communicate with related parties to reflect the Company’s needs and obey the regulatory requirements for initiatives.  2.Provide appropriate legal advices for the contract review, product development and operational inquiries. 3.Handle and monitor projects through research and communications with internal and external stakeholders. 4.Handle and monitor litigation and dispute cases through communications with internal business functions as well as external parties.
