Position Overview
Job Description
- Support the development and maintenance of governance frameworks, policies and procedures governing the oversight of the SEA legal entities, including Operational Resiliency and Outsourcing related frameworks.
- Coordinate across appropriate business units and monitor the adherence to applicable policies and procedures to support regulatory requirements.
- Provide proactive tracking of legal entity risks, including remediations of findings and self-identified issues, operational incidents.
- Support the execution of legal entity governance team owned controls to ensure timeliness and compliance.
- Act as a liaison with business stakeholders, 2LOD and Audit partners.
- Support the preparation of governance related reporting and materials that enable effective discussion, challenge, and decision鈥憁aking.
- Maintain governance documentation, monitoring compliance, and escalating gaps or issues to ensure adherence to applicable regulatory legal entity governance requirements and internal Legal Entity Governance Standards (LEGS).
- Coordinate and support legal entity management committee processes, including scheduling meetings, preparing agendas and materials, and drafting clear, audit鈥憆eady minutes with timely follow鈥憉p on action items.
