Job Description
Technical Capability
SQE/LPC or qualified Lawyer
A 2:1 degree or above, or equivalent overseas qualification
Experience in AFIG Document review is a plus.
Client Development
Strong business acumen with a sound understanding of the legal market
High level of proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, Outlook and PowerPoint
Extremely organised, with the ability to prioritise and manage a varied workload
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong eye for detail and presentation
Good office administration skills
Experience with quality assurance and a strong customer service mindset
Work Management
Ability to work effectively in a pressurised environment
Willingness to work long hours when required
Strong attention to detail, particularly on time‑consuming and repetitive tasks
Highly motivated, proactive and driven to deliver high‑quality work
A team player who is also capable of working autonomously when required
Strong interpersonal skills, with the confidence and gravitas to work closely with senior stakeholders including Partners, Managing Associates and clients
Demonstrates a consistent commitment to delivering excellent client service
Approachable, adaptable and eager to learn new skills and take on additional responsibility
Appreciation of the culturally diverse environment in which the firm operates
Strong ownership mindset, with excellent time management skills and a determination to see tasks through to completion
