Empresas Polar is hiring a Plant Legal & Labour Counsel based in Valencia, Venezuela. Support manufacturing operations on labour and commercial matters in Carabobo.
Responsibilities
- Advise plant management under the LOTTT
- Manage union relations and collective bargaining
- Review supply and service contracts
- Handle local regulatory and permitting matters
Requirements
- Licenciatura en Derecho from an accredited Venezuelan university.
- Admission as an abogado (registered with a Colegio de Abogados and INPREABOGADO).
- 2 to 5 years labour/commercial
- LOTTT and union-relations experience
