Job Description
The ADC is the state agency charged with ensuring court-appointed legal representation to indigent individuals in criminal and youth cases when the Office of the State Public Defender (OSPD) has a conflict of interest. We work with over 35 full-time staff and 1300 contractors statewide to ensure constitutionally mandated representation.
