About the Role

The Risk & Compliance Specialist is responsible for administration of the risk and compliance framework of AIAIM PH.

  • Assist the Risk and Compliance Principal in the formulation of control and monitoring procedures
  • Implement monitoring procedures
  • Proactively supports first-line adherence through timely preparation and dissemination of monitoring reports, reminders on action items
  • Prepare regulatory and other risk and compliance reports
  • Assist the Risk and Compliance Principal in disseminating new regulations
  • Assist the Risk and Compliance Principal in formulating guidance for compliance procedures thereto
  • Timely submission of reports
  • Performs other tasks assigned by the Risk and Compliance Principal

Qualifications:

  • •Bachelor’s degree in law, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • •Minimum 3 years of experience in trust compliance, risk management, or investment compliance.
  • •Familiarity with trust regulations and compliance frameworks.
  • •Hands-on experience with investment compliance systems and related monitoring tools.
  • •Strong analytical skills, with the ability to evaluate compliance risks and recommend solutions.
  • •Excellent time management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritise multiple projects simultaneously.
  • •Strong verbal and written communication skills, with an ability to clearly convey compliance requirements to various collaborators ​
